Hi, I’m Chef Sachin Wilfred A J, an alumnus of CHRIST University with a bachelor’s and master’s in Hotel Management. I’ve spent over 15 years in the world of pastry, working with hotels like The Park, The Oberois, and ITC, served as Chief of Academics at Lavonne Academy of Baking Science and Pastry Arts. Currently contributing as a Pastry Chef at the Department of Hotel Management, CHRIST University and along the way discovered a real love for creating desserts that bring joy to people. Baking is about simplicity and creativity taking everyday ingredients and turning them into something memorable. I enjoy blending traditional pastry techniques with modern touches, always looking for new ways to surprise and delight. What I cherish most today is mentoring aspiring bakers and sharing this passion through this blog, created together with a circle of enthusiastic bakers as a space to inspire, teach, and celebrate the craft of pastry.
